Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly and convalescents in their homes.
• Assists Clients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supports Clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy Client's environment by following asepsis standards and procedures, maintaining security precautions, and following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards
• Advises on nutrition, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
• Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
• Monitor and report changes in Client's health status

Qualifications:

• STNA /HHA Certification preferred or 1 year of verifiable Home Health Aide employment
  
• Reliable transportation 
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Trustworthy, Dependable and Caring
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
